You and your leaders can go through this IN-PERSON training by downloading the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry book—FREE. First, go through the book, setting aside 8 one-hour time blocks for each session. Read, take notes, and listen to what God says to you. Use the “Plan of Action” pages to record how the Lord leads you to take action on each principle. Next, take your leaders through the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Book and PowerPoint presentation. Then, pursue the goal of continuing to meet regularly with your Leadership Team of adult volunteers—who will become disciple-making leaders of your students who will then reach their friends for Christ. Then everyone will be on the same page and moving in the same direction—Jesus’ direction!
